We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Country HR Manager to lead and support the Swiss operations of our client. This interim role will oversee a team of 5 HR Specialists and ensure the smooth running of HR operations in Versoix and Zurich. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the business, with strong operational capabilities and a people-centric approach.

You'll play a leading role within the Quality Assurance function, key contributor to operational QA, oversight of third-party manufacturers. As the RP Deputy, you'll also support regulatory responsibilities in line with Swiss and international requirements.

The role report directly to Head of QA (Group).
