Our client, a well-established private bank in Geneva, is seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Swiss residency is mandatory. The role includes approximately 10% personal assistance support, requiring a strong service mindset.

Job Description



Executive Support

  • Provide seamless, high-level administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars, ensuring optimal prioritization
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Prepare, review, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders



Coordination & Communication

  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Facilitate communication across departments and with external partners



Operational & Project Support

  • Support ad hoc projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Assist in the preparation of board-level documents when required
  • Bring structure and efficiency to administrative processes



Personal Assistance (approx. 10%)

  • Provide limited personal support to the CEO (e.g. appointments, reservations, logistics)
  • Ensure a smooth integration between professional and personal scheduling where needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-level, ideally within a fast paced environment
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) and fluent French
  • Swiss resident (mandatory)
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable with digital tools and systems
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
  • Flexible, highly available, and service-oriented mindset
  • Absolute discretion, professionalism, and reliability
