We are currently supporting an international company in the search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 2-month interim assignment, with an immediate start.This is a fast-paced, high-exposure role requiring strong autonomy, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle senior-level recruitment processes end-to-end.

Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on mid to senior-level positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the organization to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance
  • Drive stakeholder management at senior level, ensuring alignment, responsiveness, and high-quality delivery
  • Source, assess, and interview candidates using a variety of channels and techniques
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment processes with efficiency and precision
  • Provide market insights and support decision-making on hiring strategies



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter within an international environment
  • Strong experience recruiting for senior and/or strategic roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and delivery-oriented
  • Available to start immediately
  • Fluent in English - French is a plus
