About Our Client



Our client is a leading international organisation based in Geneva, operating in complex, global and multi-stakeholder environments.

As part of its continuous improvement initiatives, the organisation is looking for a consultant to support the optimisation and integration of core business processes and systems.

Job Description



Reporting to a senior manager within an operational excellence function, you will contribute to the design, optimisation and implementation of end-to-end business processes, while ensuring alignment between systems, data flows and operational practices.

This role combines project management, business analysis, process design, systems interaction and change management within a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of projects with defined deliverables, timelines and stakeholders
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and support mitigation actions
  • Prepare materials for governance meetings and support decision-making processes



Business Process Analysis & Design

  • Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Develop process documentation, workflows, and business requirements (BRDs)
  • Ensure coherence across processes, policies and systems



Systems & Data Coordination

  • Collaborate with IT teams to support system design, integration and data flows
  • Contribute to testing activities (UAT) and ensure quality of system solutions
  • Support data quality initiatives and process consistency



Change Management & Adoption

  • Contribute to change management strategies and communication plans
  • Develop user-facing materials (guides, communications, workshops)
  • Support adoption and integration of new processes into operations



Operational Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in ongoing process management and issue resolution
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identification of optimisation opportunities
  • Contribute to maintaining high-quality, user-friendly and streamlined processes

The Successful Applicant



  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or related field


  • Experience in business process analysis, project management or operations improvement


  • Exposure to complex, international and multi-stakeholder environments


  • Experience working with systems, data flows or process transformation initiatives


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities


  • Structured, detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset


  • Fluent English required, French is an asset
