The role report directly to Head of QA (Group).

Under the supervision of the Head of Events, you will support the the administrative, logistical, and operational organization of conferences, seminars and events of our client.

You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure the seamless execution of events, whether in-person, hybrid, or online.

The Finance and Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting IFFEd's financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance, and smooth operations for Board meetings and flagship events. This position involves working closely with the Head of Operations and external accounting firms to manage contracts, payments, and financial documentation.

The primary objective of the Strategic Program and Partnerships Officer is to support IFFEd to scale IFFEd's partner and donor coalition to unlock $2bn in additional education financing in the next 3 years, manage relations with IFFEd's Board, and support IFFEd's engagement in global events and communications. The Strategic Program & Partnerships Officer will report to the Head of Operations, but work closely with the entire team.
