About Our Client

Our client is a Swiss private bank with a growth appetite.

Job Description

  • Manage an existing team of bankers across multiple locations
  • Work closely with the CEO on the growth strategy of the bank
  • Attract further bankers to grow the business
  • Attracting your own clients is a plus however leadership is most important
  • Expand the overall current client and asset base
  • Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements
  • Active member of the executive management

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership skills with several year of experience
  • Experience as a Team Head, Market Head or Head of Private Banking
  • Direct client experience is a plus
  • Directly attracting clients a plus
  • Truly entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ideally you have experience in small to mid-sized institutions
  • Extensive experience in Swiss banking
  • Experience with international markets a plus
  • Fluent in French and English. German is a plus
