Job Description

Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers on a wide range of people-related matters.

Advise employees throughout the employee lifecycle, responding to HR-related questions and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Expertise and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and consistent HR services.

Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Support key annual HR processes, including salary reviews, performance management and talent development initiatives.

Prepare salary proposals for new hires in line with internal guidelines.

Participate in recruitment activities when required.

Contribute to cross-functional HR projects, workshops and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing HR services and operational efficiency.

Ensure the quality, consistency and accuracy of HR operations and documentation.

Build trusted relationships with managers and employees while promoting best HR practices across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role within a large and complex organisation.

Good coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent interviewing and communication abilities.

Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and organisational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Comfortable working with HR data and highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Discreet, diplomatic and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
