Membre du comité exécutif, il/elle agit comme partenaire stratégique du top management afin de garantir la conformité réglementaire, réduire les risques juridiques et réputationnels, et accompagner le développement des activités dans un environnement fortement régulé.

A Geneva-based FINMA-regulated digital bank is looking for a Compliance & Legal Officer to support its Legal & Compliance function, with a strong focus on compliance, regulatory monitoring and business advisory. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys fast-moving environments, digital banking, online trading and emerging topics such as digital assets.

In this key position, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders on all legal and regulatory compliance matters throughout the product life cycle. You will play a pivotal role in shaping, implementing, and continuously improving the organisation's compliance framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements while supporting commercial objectives.

As Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel, you will provide expert legal advice and ensure regulatory compliance across Switzerland, Germany and Austria, with a primary focus on Switzerland, where you will act as the dedicated legal lead. This is a high‑impact, strategic role offering exposure to complex commercial and regulatory matters.

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Risk Manager in 100% temporary contract from July 2026 till December 2027 and based in Geneva. The collaborator will join the Transaction Monitoring Team and will work closely to the KYC Team.

The Central File / Client Documentation Officer is responsible for the management, control and maintenance of client master files, ensuring full compliance with Swiss regulations, internal policies, and international standards

Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Collaborateur(trice) Fichier Central entre 50% et 60% en contrat temporaire de six mois et basé(e) à Genève. La ou le collaborateur(trice) intégrera le département Fichier Central de la structure.

Acts as a central legal point of contact across multiple entities, advising on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Supports business operations by ensuring legal risk mitigation, contract management, and adherence to data protection and governance standards.
