A private bank in Geneva.

Job Description

  • Assess the accuracy, completeness and plausibility of KYC documentation, including Source of Wealth, Source of Funds and identification of potential red flags.
  • Ensure client information and documentation are up to date and properly recorded.
  • Support KYC onboarding and periodic review activities.
  • Work closely with Front Office and Compliance teams to ensure timely completion of KYC files.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a KYC / Compliance / Client Documentation role within the financial industry.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC requirements and regulatory frameworks, including FATCA, Cross-Border rules and Sanctions.
  • Previous professional experience covering the Middle East market.
  • Ability to read and review documents in Arabic.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and French; and Arabic (classical) recommanded.

What's on Offer

The two temporary resources may support either Front Office teams in the preparation of KYC files or Compliance teams in the review and validation of KYC files, depending on business needs.
