We are looking for a Training Assistant to support its learning and development activities on a temporary basis.This role is primarily administrative and coordination-focused, ensuring the smooth and efficient organisation of training programmes. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning initiatives by managing logistics, documentation, and communication with participants and stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for the planning and delivery of training sessions and learning programmes
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, participant registrations, invitations, and venue arrangements (virtual and in-person)
  • Prepare and format training materials, presentations, and reports to a high standard
  • Maintain accurate training records, databases, and attendance tracking
  • Act as a point of contact for participants, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Take clear and structured notes during training sessions or meetings when required
  • Support post-training activities, including feedback collection and reporting
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external providers



The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in training, HR, or events
  • Excellent English skills, particularly in written communication and document preparation
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent note-taking and documentation abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and reliable
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured and autonomous manner
