Job Description

  • Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of strategic projects across the Finance function, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Act as a central point of coordination between multiple internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment
  • Contribute to data collection, validation, and analysis, supporting evidence-based decision-making and performance tracking
  • Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic priorities
  • Coordinate operational activities including documentation management, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions
  • Provide support to senior stakeholders with scheduling, presentations, and briefing materials when required
  • Assist in the organization of internal events, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and coordination across teams



The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or analytical roles, ideally within an international or complex organization
  • Previous experience with the Global Fund and familiarity with its processes and systems would be considered a strong asset
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
