We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR team for a period of one month (full-time). French and English must be fluent.

Our client is an international company.

Job Description

  • Manage and monitor employee time tracking and absences using internal systems (experience with Lucca is a strong advantage)
  • Ensure accuracy and regular updates of timesheets, leave balances, and working hours
  • Support HR in administrative tasks (employee files, contracts, documentation)
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to time management and HR policies
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and HR system updates
  • Provide general support to the HR team as needed



The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative
  • HR Certificate plus
  • Strong attention to detail and good level of organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with HR systems (experience with Lucca is a plus)
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good communication skills in French and English
