Job Description

  • Configure, update, and maintain event sessions within the organization's mobile conference application, ensuring accuracy, usability, and positive participant experience. Monitor feedback and resolve user issues.
  • Provide administrator‑level support for virtual and hybrid meetings, coordinating with technical teams to resolve real‑time platform, connectivity, and access issues.
  • Prepare, monitor, and validate live‑streaming sessions, ensuring high‑quality delivery of live and recorded content through webcasting tools.
  • Track digital trends and support business transformation initiatives by identifying improvements to conference technologies, workflows, and participant experience.
  • Assist in preparing and restoring meeting rooms and conference spaces, ensuring all required AV and technical infrastructure is operational before events.
  • Provide general support for meetings and events and perform additional duties as assigned.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting or organizing hybrid conferences or meetings in an international context.
  • Strong knowledge of virtual meeting technologies, including event apps, remote‑participation platforms, streaming systems, and AV tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot user issues, manage administrator dashboards, and ensure data quality within digital event platforms.
  • Understanding of UX best practices and ability to interpret user analytics to improve engagement.
  • Excellent organizational abilities; able to work accurately under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Proactive mindset toward adopting new technologies and contributing to operational improvements.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; working knowledge of an additional UN language is desirable.
  • High customer‑service orientation, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work independently, including during long conference hours.
