• Gestion des obligations fiscales et comptables : Préparation des déclarations fiscales, tenue des comptes, et établissement des décomptes TVA.
• Conseil et relations avec les clients : Planification fiscale et gestion des relations avec les autorités fiscales.

• Gestion complète d'un portefeuille immobilier, incluant la clôture périodique des comptes, la production de rapports financiers pour les clients, ainsi que le suivi administratif des mandats.
• Élaboration et révision des décomptes liés aux charges locatives et aux transactions immobilières, avec participation active aux réunions avec les propriétaires.

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents services au sein de la Direction des finances et des autres Services.
• Superviser et garantir la bonne tenue de la comptabilité analytique selon les normes en vigueur et collaborer aux certifications et aux audits, y compris la comptabilité des investissements.

Supervision intégrale de la comptabilité des immeubles, y compris la préparation des clôtures comptables annuelles liées aux charges locatives, aux frais de chauffage et aux autres coûts accessoires.
