For our client, a dynamic and fast-paced pharmaceutical company with a strong international presence, we are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant 50% (m/f) based in Basel, to support the Swiss Marketing team with day-to-day operations.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be the primary liaison for all Industry Symposia during the annual congress, managing the process from planning to onsite execution. You will also support the Marketing and Corporate Communications Committee, assist the department director, and contribute to the congress website.

This hybrid role requires a proactive, resourceful, and detail-driven professional with a background in legal support-particularly arbitration-combined with a strong interest or experience in marketing and/or communication.The ideal candidate will confidently navigate high-stakes legal work while also contributing to the firm's visibility.
