Job Description

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Manage content and campaign calendars to ensure consistent and timely messaging across all channels.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver communication initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.



Content Creation & Brand Communications

  • Create engaging content for websites, newsletters, social media, presentations and marketing materials.
  • Develop visual assets such as social media graphics, digital banners, infographics and promotional collateral.
  • Ensure all communications and creative materials are aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials with external agencies, designers and suppliers.



Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, publishing and community engagement.
  • Create, distribute and optimize email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Maintain and update website content through the organization's content management system.
  • Support paid and organic digital initiatives designed to increase visibility and audience engagement.



Multimedia, Events & Educational Content

  • Assist in the production and promotion of webinars, virtual events and educational initiatives.
  • Contribute to podcast and video projects, including content preparation, editing coordination and publication.
  • Repurpose multimedia content into engaging digital formats to maximize audience reach.



Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across digital channels and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain organized marketing documentation, templates and digital asset libraries.
  • Identify new communication trends, tools and best practices to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience creating content across multiple communication channels
  • Strong copywriting and content editing skills
  • Experience with social media management and digital campaign execution
  • Good knowledge of Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp or similar platforms
  • Exposure to website content management systems, ideally WordPress
  • Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent
  • Understanding of digital analytics and campaign performance reporting
  • Excellent written and spoken English (essential)
