We are currently recruiting a Training Consultant on behalf of our client, an international organisation, to support the design, development, and delivery of training activities within a large-scale transformation programme. The role focuses on driving user adoption through high-quality learning content, structured delivery, and continuous improvement.

Job Description



1. Training Content Development & Delivery

  • Design, develop, and maintain standardized training materials (e.g., presentations, user guides, job aids, quick reference tools).
  • Produce system-based training videos with voiceover, annotations, and visual guidance.
  • Script, storyboard, and edit learning content to ensure clarity, consistency, and usability.
  • Coordinate translations of training materials and ensure alignment across language versions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business processes.



2. Training Coordination & Administration

  • Plan and manage training sessions, workshops, and briefings.
  • Coordinate logistics including scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, and communications.
  • Manage communication channels related to training activities.
  • Design and analyse feedback surveys to measure training effectiveness.



3. Knowledge Management & Tools

  • Maintain a central training repository (e.g., SharePoint or equivalent).
  • Ensure materials are well-organized, accessible, and up to date.
  • Apply version control and documentation standards, including archiving outdated content.
  • Maintain auditable records of training materials and updates.



4. Reporting, Analytics & Adoption

  • Track training participation, completion, and user adoption metrics.
  • Produce dashboards and reports for programme stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, gaps, or issues related to training effectiveness and escalate when needed.



5. Continuous Improvement

  • Update and enhance training materials based on feedback and system changes.
  • Incorporate insights from post-implementation reviews.
  • Support onboarding and refresher training through self-service learning materials.



6. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including business teams, change management, and technical teams.
  • Coordinate with external vendors such as translators when required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for operational training delivery during rollout phases.

The Successful Applicant



Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in training design and delivery within transformation or system implementation programmes.
  • Strong content creation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Experience developing training materials such as user guides and system walkthroughs.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).



Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French).
  • Experience supporting large-scale system implementations (ERP, CRM, or similar).
  • Familiarity with training analytics and adoption tracking.
