Job Description

  • Assume responsibility for, manage, and strategically develop an existing client book from the Gulf region.
  • Acquire new high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs/UHNWIs), family offices, and entrepreneurial families.
  • Build long-term, trusted client relationships through a holistic advisory and relationship management approach.
  • Develop tailored solutions across wealth management, investments, financing, succession planning, and wealth planning.
  • Collaborate closely with internal specialists to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Represent the firm at client events, industry conferences, and relevant networking opportunities across the Gulf region.

The Successful Applicant

  • Several years of successful experience as a Relationship Manager, Private Banker, or Senior Client Advisor with a focus on clients from the Gulf region.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing HNWI and UHNWI clients.
  • An established and actively managed client book that can be brought as a business case.
  • Ability to demonstrate the portability and revenue potential of the existing client portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of the cultural, economic, and regulatory landscape of the GCC countries.
  • Excellent knowledge of wealth management and investment advisory services.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong self-motivation, and a proven ability to generate business.
  • Fluent English skills; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Gulf region and internationally.
