Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project workplan, ensuring alignment with governance timelines and key milestones
  • Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of all contributions
  • Organise and manage stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, consultations, and high-level interactions
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and talking points for senior leadership and governance forums
  • Draft and consolidate documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and readiness for decision-making
  • Manage documentation processes, including version control, approval workflows, and distribution
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively escalating where needed
  • Support consultation processes by designing tools, collecting inputs, and synthesising feedback
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up on all actions, maintaining momentum across the project lifecycle



The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10 years of experience in project management within international, development, or global health environments
  • Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with tight timelines
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including donors, multilateral organisations, and private sector actors
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to structure and synthesise complex information
  • Outstanding drafting skills in English, including presentations, briefing notes, and reports
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Experience working within international organisations or similar environments is highly desirable
