Job Description

  • Prepare briefings, meeting notes, reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Conduct research and compile background information for projects and initiatives.
  • Support the coordination and follow-up of programs, projects and stakeholder activities.
  • Monitor deadlines, action points and project deliverables.
  • Organize meetings, workshops and events, including logistics and documentation.
  • Maintain records, databases, contact lists and document management systems.
  • Assist with progress reporting, budget monitoring and program planning activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare summaries, analyses and management reports.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to senior leadership.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, International Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project support, program coordination, administration or operations.
  • Strong analytical, research and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience preparing professional reports, presentations and briefing materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and information management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Arabic would be considered a strong asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and collaborative platforms.
