Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities in an international setting
  • Coordinate demand and supply planning with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Act as a key interface with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools
  • Monitor operational performance and support reporting activities
  • Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks
  • Support the implementation of new procurement practices and solutions



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in procurement and supply chain in an international or matrix organisation
  • Strong coordination and project management skills
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives
  • Understanding of compliance and risk management topics
  • Hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English; French is an advantage
