We are seeking a PMO -Governance & Performance Consultant to support the enhancement of governance, operational performance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within a complex international organization.The role is for 9 months.

Job Description



Governance & Process Improvement

  • Support the review, documentation, and optimization of key business processes across multiple functions.
  • Coordinate governance activities, monitor key actions and deadlines, and ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement.
  • Produce process documentation, recommendations, and implementation plans to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical and project support to management teams.



Performance Management & Reporting

  • Contribute to the enhancement and operationalization of performance measurement frameworks.
  • Design and coordinate regular KPI collection, consolidation, and reporting processes.
  • Develop management reporting materials, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Monitor operational improvement initiatives and track associated business benefits.



Cost Analysis & Operational Insights

  • Analyze organizational costs and spending trends.
  • Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to improve reporting quality and visibility.
  • Develop practical reporting methodologies and recommendations to support resource allocation decisions.
  • Create sustainable reporting tools that can be maintained over time.



Contract & Data Governance

  • Review and improve the quality of contract and vendor-related data.
  • Establish processes to monitor upcoming renewals and support proactive planning.
  • Ensure governance mechanisms are in place to maintain accurate and reliable information

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in PMO, consulting, transformation, operational excellence, business performance, or governance-related roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience producing dashboards, KPIs, management reporting, and decision-support materials.
  • Strong process mapping, documentation, and project coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a complex, international, matrix environment.
  • Experience within a consulting firm (Big Four, management consulting, transformation advisory, or similar) would be particularly valued.
  • Exposure to international organizations, public sector, NGOs, or large multinational environments is an advantage.
