Job Description

Operational Management

  • Lead all day-to-day plant operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and logistics
  • Ensure production output meets demand requirements and supports achievement of revenue targets
  • Drive schedule adherence and on-time delivery performance
  • Monitor and manage plant performance through defined KPIs and operational metrics



Planning & Forecast Execution

  • Execute the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process at plant level
  • Align production plans with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
  • Drive improvements in forecast accuracy in collaboration with commercial and planning teams
  • Manage capacity planning, labor planning, and resource allocation



Financial Performance

  • Deliver the site performance in line with revenue and EBITDA plans
  • Manage operating costs, productivity, and efficiency to achieve EBITDA targets
  • Identify and execute cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives
  • Support working capital management, including inventory control and debit balance where applicable



Continuous Improvement

  • Implement Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve flow, reduce waste, and increase productivity
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Establish and maintain standard work and performance management routines



People Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and manage the site leadership team and broader workforce
  • Build organizational capability, including succession planning and talent development
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement



Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain product quality standards and drive continuous quality improvement
  • Lead incident prevention and corrective action processes

  • Achievement of revenue plan
  • Achievement of EBITDA plan
  • Forecast accuracy
  • On-time delivery / schedule adherence
  • Productivity and cost efficiency
  • Inventory levels and working capital performance

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8-12+ years of manufacturing experience, including plant-level leadership
Experience in multi-functional operations management (manufacturing, supply chain, quality)
Proven ability to deliver production output aligned to revenue and profitability targets
Strong experience with SIOP, demand planning, and capacity management
Demonstrated track record improving forecast accuracy, cost control, and operational performance
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies

Financial acumen with understanding of cost drivers and EBITDA performance
