Job Description



HR Process Design & Documentation

  • Document andoptimizeend-to-endHCMprocessesincluding:
    • Hiring
    • Onboarding
    • Internal transfers and mobility
    • Contingent workforce management
    • Employee lifecycle changes
    • Offboarding and terminations
  • Analyze and map current-state versus future-state HR processes.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization.
  • Develop comprehensive process documentation, workflows, and operating procedures.



Workday Enablement & HR Transformation

  • Support the Group-wide Workday implementation by ensuring HR processes are aligned with system design and target operating models.
  • Translate business requirements into practical and scalable HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and project teams to ensure process readiness for deployment and go-live.



Governance & Operating Model

  • Define and clarify roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authorities through RACI frameworks.
  • Advise HR leadership on future-state HR workflows, governance structures, and accountability models.
  • Ensure consistency of HR processes across entities while respecting local regulatory requirements.



Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with local HR teams to support adoption of new processes and ways of working.
  • Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Drive engagement and ensure readiness ahead of implementation milestones.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders throughout the transformation journey.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Operations, Talent Processes, HR Excellence, or HR Project Management.
  • Proven experience documenting and redesigning end-to-end HR processes in complex international environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR operating models and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Previous experience supporting a Workday implementation or Workday optimization project.
  • Expertise in process mapping methodologies, governance frameworks, and RACI design.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to influence senior HR leaders and navigate matrix environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are an asset
