HR Process Mapping & OptimizationLead the end‑to‑end mapping of existing HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, HRIS workflows, offboarding, etc.).Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for simplification or automation.Develop standardized, documented, and user‑friendly process maps and SOPs.2. Project ManagementBuild and maintain a clear project plan, deliverables, timeline, and risk log.Ensure structured, methodical tracking of milestones and progress.Prepare and deliver regular project updates to HR leadership or project sponsors.3. Stakeholder EngagementEngage with HR teams, managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to collect insights, validate processes, and secure alignment.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with key stakeholders.Ensure strong communication streams to support adoption of new processes.4.
