We are looking for an HR Project Manager to lead and deliver key HR initiatives over a 6‑month period, starting at the beginning of May. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management discipline, excellent stakeholder management, and hands‑on experience with HR processes.

Job Description



1. HR Process Mapping & Optimization

  • Lead the end‑to‑end mapping of existing HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, HRIS workflows, offboarding, etc.).
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
  • Develop standardized, documented, and user‑friendly process maps and SOPs.



2. Project Management

  • Build and maintain a clear project plan, deliverables, timeline, and risk log.
  • Ensure structured, methodical tracking of milestones and progress.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates to HR leadership or project sponsors.



3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with HR teams, managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to collect insights, validate processes, and secure alignment.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure strong communication streams to support adoption of new processes.



4. Documentation & Change Support

  • Draft high‑quality documentation (process maps, workflows, guidelines, SOPs).
  • Support change management by preparing communication materials and training resources where needed.
  • Ensure all materials are clear, consistent, and accessible.

The Successful Applicant



Experience & Background

  • Proven experience in mapping HR processes (mandatory).
  • Previous experience working within Human Resources, ideally in HR operations, HR transformation, or HR project roles.
  • Solid exposure to HR systems or digital HR tools is an advantage.



Skills & Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management skills: able to engage, influence, and build trust with diverse groups.
  • Highly structured and methodical: strong analytical mindset with systematic working style.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and produce clear, professional documentation.
  • Strong project planning and coordination abilities.



Languages

  • Excellent oral and written English (required).
  • Additional languages are an asset but not mandatory.
