This will involve working directly on documents, templates, forms and supporting materials to ensure they remain accurate, clear and easy to use.You will help translate legal, regulatory and internal requirements into practical HR procedures.You will follow relevant changes, identify which documents or processes need to be adapted and coordinate updates with the appropriate specialists.A key part of the position will be process improvement.You will review how existing HR processes work in practice, gather feedback from users, identify recurring issues and propose practical adjustments.You will also use available data and KPIs to monitor processes and identify areas where efficiency or service quality can be improved.You will work closely with different HR teams to support the implementation and consistent application of policies and procedures.This may include answering questions, clarifying processes, preparing guidance and helping colleagues and managers understand how policies should be applied in practice.You will coordinate a range of HR projects and improvement initiatives.Your responsibilities will include preparing project plans, organising meetings and workshops, following up on actions, coordinating contributors, tracking deadlines and deliverables and ensuring that agreed changes are implemented.You will organise and facilitate working sessions with relevant stakeholders to gather requirements, review existing practices and agree on practical solutions.You will also support the rollout of new or updated HR policies and processes.This includes coordinating validation, preparing implementation materials and working with communication colleagues to ensure that information is clear, accessible and available to the relevant audiences.The position requires regular coordination with multiple stakeholders and the ability to manage several topics simultaneously while ensuring accurate follow-up and documentation.The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working on concrete HR processes, policies and projects and who is comfortable moving between detailed documentation and stakeholder coordination.You bring several years of HR experience, ideally within a large international organisation.You have practical experience working with HR policies, procedures, process improvement and HR projects.You hold a university degree or equivalent higher education qualification.An additional HR qualification and familiarity with the Swiss employment and regulatory environment would be an advantage.You are comfortable reviewing HR policies and procedures, understanding regulatory requirements and translating them into clear documentation and workable processes.You have good project coordination skills and are used to managing actions, timelines, documentation and multiple stakeholders.
