Job Description

Your keys responsibilities:

  • Manage daily household operations and logistics efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality meals, accommodating dietary preferences and requirements.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the residence at all times.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for household needs.
  • Oversee inventory management and restocking of household supplies.
  • Assist with event planning and hosting as needed
    • especially during festive periods of the year ( summer season ; Christmas, f.e ).
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
  • Provide occasional personal assistance to the stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful House Manager and Private Chef should have:

  • Formal training or proven experience in culinary arts or household management.
    • Ideally for a private family.
  • Fluency in English and French; Italian and Spanish are a plus.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience working in a private or high-net-worth environment.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally outside Switzerland when required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
