Our client is a global, research-driven biopharmaceutical company specializing in innovative and specialty medicines. As Global Pricing Lead, you will support the launch of a key immunology asset by executing pricing strategy and ensuring alignment across global and local stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Drive the execution of global launch pricing strategy for a late-stage pipeline asset in a specialty indication
  • Lead the development and refinement of tiered pricing guidance, incorporating senior leadership feedback and competitive insights
  • Coordinate with external consultants to ensure robust pricing analytics and scenario modelling
  • Facilitate the global rollout of pricing guidance to affiliates, supporting local launch preparation and governance processes
  • Monitor global pricing policies, competitor activity, and market developments to assess potential risks and opportunities
  • Conduct and/or interpret international reference pricing (IRP) analyses to inform pricing strategy and launch sequencing
  • Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, HEOR, Commercial, and regional/local teams to ensure alignment
  • Contribute to key governance forums and provide clear pricing updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Co-lead cross-functional initiatives linked to global launch readiness and planning milestones

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a strong focus on pricing and market access
  • Demonstrated expertise in global pricing strategy and execution, ideally for pipeline or launch products
  • Solid understanding of international reference pricing (IRP) and global pricing dynamics
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams and country affiliates
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience managing external vendors or consulting partners is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders
  • Prior experience in specialty care or immunology is advantageous
