Job Description



Reporting to senior leadership, the Director of Operations & Partnerships is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while supporting the organisation's external positioning and development.

This is a hands-on role requiring a balance of operational discipline, relationship management, and the ability to bring structure to evolving priorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day organisational activities
  • Implement and improve processes, tools, and internal workflows
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear operational execution
  • Monitor performance through reporting, tracking, and KPIs
  • Ensure alignment and coordination across different functions



External Relations

  • Develop and maintain a network of external stakeholders and partners
  • Support the organisation's presence in professional and institutional environments
  • Structure and manage collaborations and ongoing relationships
  • Contribute to visibility and positioning through external interactions



Funding & Development

  • Support efforts related to funding and resource development
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals, documentation, and reporting
  • Help structure a pipeline of opportunities and partnerships
  • Participate in maintaining relationships with key contributors and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experience in operations, project management, or organisational roles
  • Exposure to multi-stakeholder environments
  • Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
  • Strong structuring, prioritisation, and execution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving setting
  • Hands-on, reliable, and solution-oriented
  • Structured yet flexible in approach
  • Able to create clarity in complex situations
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
  • Good working knowledge of French



What's on Offer

Full time role base in Geneva.

One day of home office per week.
