Job Description

Business Cadence & Governance Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule recurring business reviews, planning sessions, workshops, and governance meetings across multiple teams and functions
  • Manage integrated calendars and ensure alignment of key milestones and review cycles
  • Support the rollout of new business operating rhythms and governance frameworks
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed, prepared, and equipped for all scheduled activities



Documentation & Process Management

  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve operational documentation and process materials
  • Develop standardized templates, meeting structures, agendas, and reporting tools
  • Ensure business frameworks, responsibilities, and processes are clearly documented and accessible
  • Maintain accurate records, action logs, and project-related documentation



Stakeholder Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Serve as a key coordination point between project teams, business leaders, and functional stakeholders
  • Track commitments, deliverables, and deadlines across workstreams
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding actions and escalate potential risks where required
  • Support leadership teams by ensuring decisions and next steps are clearly communicated and executed



Program Execution & Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for transformation initiatives
  • Monitor project progress and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and execution
  • Ensure administrative and logistical aspects of the program are managed effectively
  • Contribute to the successful adoption of new ways of working across the organization



Continuous Improvement

  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and operational challenges within existing processes
  • Propose and implement practical solutions that improve coordination and consistency
  • Help establish scalable practices and tools that can be adopted across departments
  • Support a culture of accountability, structure, and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in program coordination, project support, business operations, or transformation environments
  • Experience working within fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Exposure to organizational change programs or business transformation initiatives is highly desirable
