About Our Client

Our client is a renowned large organization in the insurance industry. We are looking for an experienced data architect to join the team ASAP for an initial duration of 3 months (extension possible).

Job Description

As part of a high-impact transformation programme, you will contribute to the design and delivery of a global finance data platform. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data models and ensuring consistency across reporting, planning and analytics.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and support the development of harmonised data structures across international entities.Key responsibilities

  • Design and own business-driven data models to support finance reporting, planning and analytics
  • Act as a key interface between finance stakeholders and IT teams, translating requirements into scalable data solutions
  • Define and oversee end-to-end data flows into a centralised finance data hub
  • Establish and promote data standards, governance frameworks and consistent definitions
  • Support the implementation of harmonised data structures across the organisation
  • Contribute to a transformation culture with an AI-first mindset



The Successful Applicant

Your profile

  • Proven experience in data architecture and data modelling within complex transformation environments
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and structures, ideally in an international setting
  • Ability to translate business requirements into structured data models and concepts
  • Experience working with modern data platforms (e.g. lakehouse architecture, Snowflake, Databricks or similar)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams
  • Solid IT proficiency (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strategic mindset with an interest in leveraging AI-driven approaches



Nice to have

  • Professional certification in data management (e.g. CDMP or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in relevant roles
