Zur Überbrückung und Unterstützung des Finance‑Bereichs suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Business Controller auf temporärer Basis bis Ende Jahr.

Vous participez activement au développement de la fonction contrôle de gestion et de la planification financière au niveau groupe.

Vous êtes responsable du reporting à destination du management et de l'actionnaire, conduisez des projets structurants visant à diffuser une culture financière, et encadrez une petite équipe que vous accompagnez dans son développement.

The FINANCIAL REPORTING ACCOUNTANT will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports for the RETAIL industry. This position is based in Geneva and requires a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

The role acts as the senior finance partner to global operations leadership and plays a central part in driving factory profitability, cost transparency and operational performance. It is ideally suited for internationally minded manufacturing‑finance leaders seeking a strategic yet operationally connected mandate.

We are recruiting for our client a temporary business controller, quickly available, for a mission that will last several months.

Responsible for full bookkeeping, payments, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and monthly/annual closings. Ensures accurate financial statements under IFRS/Swiss GAAP and supports audits.

Contributing to a better understanding of the business results and contribute to business transformation

Leading projects based on Swiss needs as well as initiatives coming from Group (e.g. automation of processes, implementation of tools, simplification by use of AI, prepare change of ERP)
