Responsible for full bookkeeping, payments, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and monthly/annual closings. Ensures accurate financial statements under IFRS/Swiss GAAP and supports audits.

• Planifier et diriger les opérations de construction en coordination avec le chef de projet
• Élaborer les soumissions, gérer les appels d'offres et les entretiens techniques
• Contrôler les coûts, les délais et la qualité d'exécution des travaux
• Assurer la sécurité sur le chantier et le respect des normes en vigueur

  Gestion complète de la comptabilité PPE et locative (encaissements, bouclements, décomptes, rapprochements bancaires)

• Installer, mettre en service et dépanner des systèmes de sécurité : anti-intrusion, contrôle d'accès, vidéosurveillance
• Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations
• Participer au service de piquet et aux interventions urgentes
• Rédiger les rapports d'intervention et assurer le suivi administratif selon les normes qualité et sécurité
