About Our Client

Our client is a well-established international organisation

Job Description

In this position, you will act as a recruitment partner to the business, taking responsibility for a portfolio of vacancies and ensuring that hiring requirements are translated into effective recruitment plans.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, role profiles and candidate expectations.
  • Managing recruitment assignments throughout the entire hiring journey, from the initial vacancy discussion to candidate selection and offer stage.
  • Identifying potential candidates through direct search, professional networks, databases and other relevant sourcing channels.
  • Creating proactive talent pools to anticipate current and future recruitment requirements.
  • Developing tailored search approaches for positions where suitable candidates may be difficult to identify.
  • Approaching and engaging passive candidates and assessing their suitability and motivation for relevant opportunities.
  • Conducting interviews and coordinating selection activities to support effective and objective hiring decisions.
  • Advising hiring stakeholders on candidate availability, recruitment approaches and developments within the external talent market.
  • Providing relevant market information and recruitment data to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the process and ensuring a professional experience from first contact to final decision.
  • Establishing productive relationships with HR teams, business leaders and external recruitment partners.
  • Supporting initiatives aimed at broadening candidate pools and encouraging inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Working with colleagues across different countries, functions and time zones to ensure effective coordination of recruitment activities.
  • Contributing ideas and recommendations to improve recruitment processes, sourcing methods and overall service quality.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a trilingual recruitment professional who combines hands-on sourcing expertise with strong business partnering capabilities.

You have previous experience managing recruitment processes either within an internal Talent Acquisition function or in a recruitment agency environment. You are comfortable handling several recruitment assignments simultaneously and understand how to adapt your approach depending on the profile, market and business requirement.

Direct sourcing is an important part of your expertise. You know how to identify relevant talent, approach passive candidates and develop pipelines rather than relying exclusively on incoming applications.

Experience conducting talent mapping or recruitment market research would therefore be particularly valuable.

Beyond recruitment delivery, you are confident interacting with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.

You can challenge constructively, provide clear recommendations and establish credibility with hiring managers and HR colleagues.

You are organised and comfortable working independently while remaining highly collaborative.

You bring strong communication skills, sound judgement and an analytical approach to recruitment challenges.

You are also able to operate effectively in an environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

Experience working within an international or matrix organisation would be an advantage, particularly if you have collaborated with teams located across different countries or time zones.

Due to the scope of the position, professional proficiency in French, German and English is required.

What's on Offer

You will join an international environment with significant exposure to business and HR stakeholders while taking ownership of varied recruitment assignments. The position provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen your expertise in strategic sourcing, stakeholder management and international Talent Acquisition while working within a collaborative and multicultural setting.
