About Our Client

Our client is an international company based in Geneva.

Job Description



  • Operate and manage a high-volume, multilingual switchboard (French/English required; additional languages are a plus), ensuring seamless call handling and exceptional service at all times


  • Oversee the CISCO system, including call routing, message handling via the operator console, and support for senior management and executive-level communications


  • Handle all interactions with the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism, particularly when dealing with VIPs and senior stakeholders


  • Apply strict security protocols, including identifying and managing suspicious or fraudulent calls


  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including:
    • Advising on domestic train travel (CFF)
    • Managing international travel requests
    • Administering subscription renewals


  • Manage and follow up on facility-related requests via the internal ticketing system, ensuring proper coordination with relevant teams and timely resolution



The Successful Applicant



Profile

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role within a high-expectation, service-driven environment
  • Strong command of French and English (C1 minimum); additional languages are an advantage
  • Solid technical comfort with telephony systems and administrative tools
