Job Description



As a true business partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Corporate).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies
  • Identifying and attracting top talent through direct search and digital channels
  • Managing the recruitment process from brief to offer
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers and advising on best practices
  • Delivering an excellent candidate experience
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and TA projects
  • Tracking and analysing recruitment KPIs

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency)
  • Exposure to FMCG or fast-paced, international environments is a strong plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Results-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
