About Our Client

Our client is a leading international organisation operating in a highly complex and global environment. To support a strategic transformation and performance management agenda within a central corporate function, the organisation is seeking an experienced consultant to provide strategic planning, performance management and operational coordination support.

Job Description



Reporting to senior leadership, you will contribute to the coordination, monitoring and delivery of strategic initiatives across a complex international organisation.

This role combines strategy execution, performance management, workforce planning, governance coordination, project management and stakeholder engagement, requiring strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic priorities, operational plans and organisational performance objectives.

Strategy & Operational Planning

  • Support the development and execution of divisional strategies and operational plans
  • Coordinate annual workplans, strategic priorities and key milestones
  • Monitor implementation progress and identify operational dependencies
  • Support prioritisation and business continuity initiatives when required



Performance Management & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain performance monitoring frameworks and KPIs
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to support executive decision-making
  • Produce dashboards, management reports and performance analyses
  • Identify performance trends, risks and opportunities for improvement



Workforce Planning & Resource Management

  • Support resource planning and workforce optimisation initiatives
  • Analyse resource allocation, capacity requirements and operational effectiveness
  • Contribute to change management and organisational design activities
  • Support implementation of workforce planning methodologies and tools



Governance & Executive Support

  • Coordinate governance processes and senior leadership reporting
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations and committee papers
  • Support executive meetings and organisational decision-making processes
  • Monitor follow-up actions and ensure execution of agreed priorities



Project & Change Management

  • Lead or support strategic transformation projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Coordinate stakeholders and manage project deliverables
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies and implementation progress
  • Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Development or a related field
  • Significant experience in strategy execution, performance management, transformation, consulting, project management or business operations
  • Experience working in complex international and multicultural environments
  • Strong exposure to governance, organisational performance or operational excellence initiatives
