We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to provide full recruitment coverage during the month of September. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across both EMEA and the US, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience and continuity of service.

Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies across EMEA and the US.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source and engage qualified talent through a variety of channels.
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate competency-based and panel interviews.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Coordinate offer preparation, negotiations, and hiring processes.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting within the ATS.
  • Maintain continuity of recruitment operations and stakeholder communication during the coverage period.



The Successful Applicant



Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner / Senior Recruiter in a global or international environment.
  • Strong track record of hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Experience supporting both EMEA and North American stakeholders.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, competency-based interviewing, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation.



Preferred Profile

  • Native or fluent English speaker.
  • Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones.
  • Experience within corporate, healthcare, life sciences, professional services, or multinational environments is highly valued.
