Job Description

  • Own and communicate the product vision and quarterly roadmap aligned with Finance and IT priorities
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into Epics, Features, and Product Backlog Items with clear acceptance criteria
  • Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, and define sprint goals
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior management
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to clarify and structure requirements
  • Ensure strong traceability between business needs, solution design, and delivered functionality
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
  • Own validation and approval of features before production release
  • Support solution design in collaboration with architects and development teams
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team alignment proactively
  • Ensure business continuity, including incident management and handling urgent business requests
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and ongoing digital transformation initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and system changes
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and drive decision-making across business and IT
  • Build trust and act as a key partner to senior leadership



The Successful Applicant

  • 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in complex, data-intensive environments
  • Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Proven experience delivering financial or data platforms in international environments
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and data-driven decision-making (profitability, cost/revenue analysis)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structuring skills
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring clarity and structure
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to extract and challenge business knowledge where documentation is limited
  • Comfortable working in high-expectation environments with strong ownership mindset
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Experience in trading, energy or financial services is a strong advantage
  • Team player with strong ownership and accountability mindset
