Job Description



Sales Administration & Operations

  • Manage the full lifecycle of tenders (preparation, submission, follow-up)
  • Oversee license management and ensure accurate tracking and renewals
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation
  • Handle invoicing processes and follow up on payments in coordination with finance



Office Management & Coordination

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and act as the local point of contact
  • Manage suppliers, office logistics, and administrative processes
  • Support internal coordination and communication across teams
  • Contribute to process improvements in a scaling environment

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in sales administration, office management, or similar roles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • High level of autonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with tenders, invoicing, and administrative processes
  • Fluent French is mandatory, with a good command of English
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
