Job Description



As a Safety Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the health, safety and compliance standards across a diverse portfolio of events and operational activities.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of safety frameworks, ensuring a secure environment for participants and stakeholders at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining safety procedures, standards and risk mitigation measures
  • Conducting risk assessments and supporting compliance with applicable regulations
  • Contributing to emergency preparedness planning, including response protocols and coordination with relevant authorities
  • Supporting incident management, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and public bodies to ensure safety requirements are consistently met
  • Delivering guidance and awareness on safety practices to stakeholders and event teams
  • Monitoring performance indicators and contributing to reporting and optimisation of safety processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in safety management, risk, or HSE, ideally within events, operations or complex environments
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment and safety compliance frameworks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French and German (mandatory)
  • Collaborative mindset with strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Availability to travel occasionally as required
