Job Description

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of European private clients and intermediaries.
  • Develop long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and superior service.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire new clients across European markets.
  • Provide investment and wealth management solutions aligned with clients' objectives and risk profiles.
  • Coordinate with banking partners, custodians, and external advisors.
  • Support clients with cross-border wealth management needs through our Swiss and Liechtenstein platforms.
  • Monitor market developments and proactively communicate relevant investment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Private Banker, or Client Advisor serving European clients.
  • Strong network and business development capabilities within one or more European markets.
  • Solid understanding of wealth management, investment products, and cross-border regulations.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Scandinavian languages are highly advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong client-centric approach.
  • Swiss work authorization or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
