client is a well-established mid-sized company based in Geneva.

Job Description

* Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional welcome for visitors, clients, and business partners

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up

* Coordinate meeting room bookings and support the organization of meetings and events

* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office deliveries

* Provide administrative support to management and various internal departments

* Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders with external suppliers

* Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and calendar coordination

* Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth office operations

* Perform data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information

* Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc office management tasks

The Successful Applicant

* Diploma in Administration, Business Support, or a related field

* Previous experience as a Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistant

* Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office tools

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

* Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
