Job Description

  • Perform microbiological testing and shipment of water, bulk, and raw material samples
  • Collect water samples and ensure microbiological and chemical monitoring
  • Conduct second-level bulk manufacturing controls (organoleptic, pH, viscosity, density, centrifugation, microscopy, Karl Fischer)
  • Open and manage Out-Of-Specification (OOS) and Non-Conformance (NC) cases
  • Participate in investigations of OOS, NCs, and customer complaints, including QC report writing
  • Prepare certificates of analysis and enter analytical results into SAP
  • Archive QC documentation and manage bulk sample retention
  • Communicate daily non-conformities to QC Raw Materials, Bulk and Analytical Coordinators
  • Receive, identify, and monitor laboratory chemicals, including COA verification
  • Create and review laboratory and bulk specifications and maintain records in SAP
  • Perform calibration and maintenance follow-up of laboratory equipment
  • Contribute to laboratory organization, cleanliness, and continuous improvement initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or technical training in chemistry, biology, or a related scientific field
  • Previous experience in Quality Control within pharmaceutical or industrial environments
  • Knowledge of microbiological and physicochemical testing methods
  • Familiarity with GMP, quality systems, and regulated laboratory practices
  • Experience with SAP and laboratory documentation systems is an asset
  • Comfortable working with analytical techniques such as HPLC and GC
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Able to work autonomously while collaborating with QC, production, and quality teams
  • Fluent in French; working knowledge of English is an advantage
