Our client is an international engineering and technology company providing hardware and software solutions for electricity, gas and utility network operators. The organization helps energy providers monitor, manage and optimize critical infrastructure while supporting the ongoing transformation of the energy sector.

Job Description

  • Support utility customers throughout the implementation of software and infrastructure projects.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to provide technical expertise during customer discussions and proposal preparation.
  • Manage project execution to ensure scope, quality, timelines and customer expectations are met.
  • Coordinate data integration and system configuration activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues encountered by customers.
  • Deliver training, coaching and technical support to end users.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve solutions and processes.
  • Contribute to the deployment of innovative technologies supporting modern electricity networks.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Initial professional experience in engineering, utilities, energy, infrastructure or industrial environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Passion for technology, innovation and continuous learning.
  • Ability to interact confidently with customers and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English and German language skills are required.
  • Knowledge of power systems, utilities, software implementation or data-related projects is an advantage.
