We are supporting an international organisation in the recruitment of a Procurement Support Specialist (indirect) to reinforce its procurement team on a temporary basis. The role focuses on supporting indirect procurement activities, procurement administration, sourcing processes, and stakeholder coordination across several corporate service categories.

Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and procedures.
  • Review purchase requisitions and ensure completeness and compliance with procurement requirements.
  • Support sourcing activities and supplier selection processes.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in line with internal procedures.
  • Assist with the administration and follow-up of supplier contracts.
  • Conduct market research and gather information to support procurement decisions.
  • Prepare and manage procurement documentation within the eSourcing platform.
  • Coordinate communications with internal stakeholders and suppliers throughout procurement processes.
  • Support vendor performance follow-up and contract-related administrative activities.
  • Contribute to the smooth execution of procurement operations and related reporting activities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement support, procurement operations, purchasing administration, or procurement coordination.
  • Experience supporting indirect procurement activities within a structured environment.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes and procurement documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good command of French is considered an asset.
  • Experience using ERP systems and eSourcing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
