Job Description

  • Analyse the current procurement setup and identify supplier localization opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Lead RFI/RFQ processes for existing and potential suppliers across categories such as electronics, metals, and injection moulding.
  • Coordinate sourcing, resourcing and supplier transfers, including tooling or mould movements when applicable.
  • Support supplier development and quality teams in conducting audits and managing improvement actions.
  • Collaborate with the project team responsible for the duplication of the production line in Northern Italy.
  • Assess suppliers proposed by partner entities and evaluate potential group synergies.
  • Act as key procurement interface with external project partners.
  • Maintain and update procurement data in the ERP system (SAP).
  • Provide operational purchasing support when required (PO creation, delivery tracking, invoice checks).

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' experience in procurement or strategic sourcing in an industrial/technical environment.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in electronics, metals, plastics or injection‑moulding categories.
  • Fluent French, English (C1), Italian nice to have
  • Structured, fact‑driven, and able to navigate sensitive or political environments.
  • Strong project management and negotiation capabilities.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable working within a project‑driven organisation.
