Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day mechanical installation works
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site resources
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Monitor project schedules and milestones
  • Manage site quality inspections and snagging
  • Track labour productivity and performance
  • Support material planning and deliveries
  • Participate in project reporting and meetings

The Successful Applicant

  • Mechanical trade qualification or technical diploma
  • Experience supervising installation teams
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems
  • Previous industrial or mission-critical project experience
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • English is mandatory
  • German is advantageous
