As Mechanical Lead, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical construction packages on complex industrial and mission-critical projects. You will manage project teams, subcontractors, budgets, quality, safety and scheduling activities while acting as the key interface between site operations and project leadership.

Job Description

  • Lead the delivery of mechanical installation packages
  • Manage project schedule, resources and budgets
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
  • Drive safety and quality performance across site
  • Manage project reporting and progress tracking
  • Oversee procurement and material planning
  • Support commercial and variation management
  • Ensure successful project handover and close-out

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical project delivery
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience within industrial, pharmaceutical or data centre projects
  • Knowledge of project planning and construction processes
  • English is mandatory
  • German is advantageous
