Job Description

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with job posting creation and publication across job boards and career sites
  • Conduct CV screening and first round interviews with candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Manage interview logistics, including meeting invitations, room bookings, virtual interview setup, and communication with stakeholders
  • Track candidate progress through the recruitment lifecycle and maintain accurate records in the ATS
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process
  • Manage offers and onboarding for intern hiring
  • Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics when required

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or Recruiter either in-house or within an agency
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Highly organised, detail orientated and dedicated to providing excellent service
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Experience hiring interns or technical roles would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English
  • Immediately available for a 3-month interim role based in Lausanne
